Anxious Justin and Dorian can be seen at the centre of the pack wait for the signal to go. Suddenly, the race under way, and the boys head of on the 5k run, past Saltus, up Barclay Hill, along North Shore to Admiralty, then back to Serpentine Road and on to Victoria park for the finish.

Right behind them is Ricky, also looking strong.

Dorian (with Ed) takes a second in 21:25 minutes, and Ricky comes in third with 22:44 minutes.
